GPLEX360 + SJU Workshop: Arts and Culture
A post GPLEX San Diego event to learn, process and imagineer.
Shaping Philadelphia's Future: A Conversation on the Arts and Culture Economy
Hosted by the SJU Innovation Center and Business Ethics Team.
As we approach a new chapter in national and local leadership, it is the perfect moment to reflect on the future we aim to build for Philadelphia. On November 14th, following the Greater Philadelphia Leadership Exchange's annual convening in San Diego, we invite GPLEX cohort members, alumni, and interested community members to join us at the Campion Center on Hawk Hill for a collaborative exploration of the Arts and Culture Economy.
The event will open with a networking session, allowing participants from both GPLEX and Bunker Labs’ simultaneous discussion on veteran retirement preparedness to connect before separating into their individual sessions. In our focused session on the arts, participants will engage in dynamic table conversations to dig into substantial questions about the roles of cultural institutions, such as museums, in shaping our city’s future.
Our goal is to create an inclusive space where all attendees can gain personal and professional value, actively contributing to conversations that will drive our region forward. As the Economy League of Greater Philadelphia, GPLEX’s parent organization, celebrates its 115th anniversary, we invite everyone to ask: Are we doing all we can for Philadelphia?
Join us for a thought-provoking afternoon of dialogue, connection, and a shared vision for Philadelphia’s future.
